About IFIC

IFIC is conveniently located to service losses throughout the central Midwest. Our main office in Des Moines, Iowa provides areas for meetings/depositions, two evidence examination labs, and secured storage of evidence. Our satellite office in Lincoln, Nebraska offers secured evidence storage, as well. 

 

Evidence is handled according to ASTM Standard Practice for Receiving, Documenting, Storing, and Retrieving Evidence in a Forensic Science Laboratory.

 

 

Examination labs have access to a stereo microscope with digital camera to document small details, such as tool marks, fractures, and electrical arcing. X-ray imaging is readily available through a thrid party provider in Des Moines, Kansas City, and Oakdale, MN.
